TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
COURSE CONFIRMATION
Following registration and payment, you will be emailed a Tax Invoice, which operates as a Booking Confirmation.Please retain a copy of this.
Approximately one week prior to the scheduled course commencement date, you will receive an email from us confirming course details, including course venue and details of any items or materials that you will need to bring with you to the course.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
For an enrolment to be valid, a participant must conform to the specified age requirements for the course. If it is discovered that a participant has misrepresented their age, their enrolment will be cancelled without a refund.
CANCELLATION, TRANSFERS AND REFUNDS
Runway Production School will only refund a course enrolment fee if notice of cancellation is received in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled course commencement date.
If you are unable to attend a course that you have enrolled in and it is less than fourteen (14) days before the course is due to commence, a substitute can be sent in your place. Runway Production School must be notified of such a transfer before course commencement. Regrettably, in all other circumstances a refund will not be issued for non-attendance of a course.
As such, before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the date, time and location of the course you wish to go to.
An administration fee of $45.00 will be deducted from the total cost of the enrolment fee in all course cancellations received before the scheduled course commencement date.
CHANGE TO COURSE DETAILS OR CANCELLATION OF COURSE
Runway Production School reserves the right to change course dates and venues. If the dates of a course are altered, Runway Production School will offer a full refund to all students who are unable to attend over the amended course dates.
Runway Production School reserves the right to cancel any course that does not attract the required registration numbers or in the event of exceptional circumstances. In this instance, enrolled students can either elect to have their enrolment fee refunded or enrol in another course of equal value.
Applications close a month before the course commencement. Student will be notified within that week if the course will take place.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR
Runway Production School reserves the right to request a participant leave a course if they behave inappropriately, which includes, but is not limited to, if they:
- are consistently late
- make inappropriate comments, including comments that are threatening or discriminatory
- are consistently disruptive
COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATION
Runway Production School courses are not accredited. Students are awarded a Certificate of Course Completion on the last day of the course. To qualify for a Runway Production School Certificate of Course Completion, students must attend all sessions and, where required, complete any in-class assessments and activities.
